These images were taken in London of billboards and ads that have been modified by an artist that has recreated sections of the pieces incorporating headless figures.  

To me this seems like a clever stab at the bombardment of advertising in today's society, especially in heavily populated cities like London, by turning something we have adapted to ignore into something we want to start looking at again.
