New Yorker Tara Donovan showed this collection at the Institute of Contemporary Art some time ago and I came across pictures of it from Time.com.  So it's rather old news... but it's still GOOD news.

She creates these inspiring sculptures out of disposable objects like mylar, plastic and styrofoam cups, pins, toothpicks, glass, adding machine paper, and polyester film!

Makes me want to make better use of my trash.
